“We’ve seen Mike play in all different venues and occasions. We love everything he does, whether it’s his solo or with My Peoples. He ALWAYS puts it down. When it came down to finding a musician to play at our wedding, we knew we wanted to ask Mike. We were looking for an artist, not a wedding singer and we knew we would get that with Mike. As a friend, guest and artist, Mike went above and beyond what we asked of him. Whether the songs were covers or originals, they were all played with Mike’s style, unique, a sound that only Mike can own. He is just smooth. It doesn’t matter if you are listening to him on his youtube posts, CD’s or live, it always reminds us of why our wedding was f*ckin awesome. Mike was the first sound our guests heard when they walked into the ceremony or reception and he impressed everyone. Mike and his music are soulful and passionate, every lyric and guitar stroke has meaning when he’s behind the microphone. Buy this man’s music, see him live! Don’t miss an opportunity to hear him. His albums are always on my Ipod, they should be on yours too.”
